Cutting Edge Technologies and Materials

CLAMP

Carbon Fiber Nylon clamp, additive manufactured, strong, made in the PNW

Our clamp is made with an engineering-grade carbon fiber nylon polymer.

The Oar Snubber’s clamp is additive-manufactured as a single piece.

It leverages the same technology currently revolutionizing the Space and Aerospace industries.

It is light and it is strong.

SNUB

Snubber, oar retention device, prevent falling out of boat, direct contact to frame through oar

Our Marine Grade Shock Cord is designed for aqueous environments.

It is superior in resistance to chemicals and molds.

Our webbing is produced with a 90% reduction in carbon footprint compared to generic HMPE fibers.

Think bungee cords for oars.

FIBER

FIBER

UHMWPE, Dyneema, Webbing, 14 x stronger than steel and floats on water

Our ultra-high tensile strength polyester tubular webbing is buoyant, UV and cut resistant.

Our UHMWPE webbing is woven to our specifications providing you with:

 The world's strongest fiber.

Stats for Nerds

OAR SNUBBER, patent pending, direct contact to frame through the oar.

The Clamp

Engineering grade alloyed PA Copolymer resin, adhesion promoters , impact modifiers & USA made premium MILLED carbon fiber. Clamp material has a tensile strength at yield of 17,000 psi.

The Snub

Marine grade shock cord resists chemicals and molds.   High tenacity polyester tubular webbing for ultimate UV protection.  Snub boasts a linear breaking strength of > 3100 Newtons.

Webbing

UHWMPE (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene) known as Dyneema®   UHMWPE is 16 times stronger than steel, yet light enough to float on water. The lanyard is designed as the weak-link. This prevents damage to the system, makes any repair a simple stitch and ultimately prevents damage to your oar.
