This Warranty Covers: The Ten-Year warranty covers the retail purchase of the Oar Snubber against defects in materials, workmanship and any user damage rendering the Oar Snubber unusable. This warranty covers the Clamps, UHMWPE webbing, the Snubber bungee, and all stainless steel hardware.

This Warranty does not cover: cosmetic wear, abrasion, excessive UV damage, abnormal abuse, neglect and/or inappropriate storage, loss or theft. 

This warranty can be VOID if the Oar Snubber is altered structurally, used commercially or is subject to stress beyond the physical limits of the designed intent.

The Period of Coverage: The Oar Snubber is covered from the original purchase date for a period of ten years. The purchaser is responsible for the original proof of purchase.
